Studio Policies

Students should arrive on time and be prepared with all music books, theory, and assignment books needed for the lesson.  Theory assignments are to be completed at home.

Monthly tuition is due, in advance, one week prior to the start of a new month. There will be no adjustments in tuition due to missed lessons.  Makeup lessons will be given for illness only when the student gives 24-hour advance notice of his or her absence.  The makeup lesson is to be completed within the month of absence.  Two weeks notice is to be given if terminating lessons or payment for those two weeks is expected.

The time scheduled for each student’s lesson is reserved for his or her exclusive use; therefore, please be prompt with your lesson time.  Time will not be taken from the following lesson to accommodate late arrivals.
